Here at Rock Heights Victoria Vacation Rental we have two Victoria Vacation Rental Suites to meet your diverse needs.  If you are travelling solo here on business, are a couple having a romantic get away, a whole family or even families travelling together, we have something for you. 

We have two two bedroom suites; the Ocean-Aire Victoria Vacation Suite and the Garden Victoria Vacation Suite; each also having sofa beds.  So whether you are one or many, our Suites can accomodate up to 6 and 8 people each.

Each suite is self contained with private entry having nice size fully equipped kitchens with full size appliances.  Both suites have private laundry, a bbq, pull out sofa, all bedding and linens, telephone, wireless internet and digital cable. 

And the decks!  Both suites have great outdoor living space. 

The Garden Suite is on the first floor yet is above the neighbouring houses having you feel within the trees.  Enjoy the heat of the sun on the front deck that has you peeking at the mountains.  Or if you are in need of sun relief you can lounge on the back patio amongst the trees and gardens.

The Ocean-Aire Suite is on the third floor (top/penthouse) and feels like you are above it all! (Please note that although we have had few to no complaints and the views are worth it, there are 2 full flights of stairs to climb to reach this suite).  Here above the trees, the views of the ocean and distant Olympic mountains surround you. Let the ocean air sweep in.

While you are here, take a soak in the 8 person 47 jet, therapeutic hot tub.  Sit under the stars and overhanging trees, listen to the flowing waterfalls of the pond and enjoy the smell of the spring, summer, fall and winter flowers (it is Victoria..).

We are located within the Esquimalt Village area of Victoria, a quiet neighbourhood close to all amentities such as transit, banking, groceries, shopping, dining, trails, parks, and the ocean.  We are also just a 10 minute drive or short bus ride from the heart of downtown Victoria.
