Our Rates for both the Rockheights suite for the 2013 year (Ocean Aire and Garden suite rates are different and can be found under their respective pages)..

Peak Season June 15th-Aug 31st; Shoulder Season April 29th-June 20th.
All rates are in quoted in Canadian Dollars.
All rates are based on a 6 person occupancy.
There is a $20 per additional guest per night fee.
Children under 16 stay free.
Maximum occupancies are 10 adults.
A damage deposit is required as follows; 2-5 night stay $300, 6-15 night stay $500, 16-28 night stay $750, 28+nights stay $1000.
Pets are considered, please discuss.
There is a $25 per pet per night pet fee. And a pet damage deposit is required.
