Rates are based on a 4 person occupancy for Garden and Ocean Aire suite.
Rates are based on a 6 person occupancy for Rockheigths suite.
There is a $20 per additional guest per night fee.
Children under 16 stay free.
Maximum occupancies are 6 for Ocean-Aire Suite, 8 for Garden Suite and 11 for Rockheights suite.
A damage deposit is required as follows from $300 to $1,000 depending on length of stay.
Pets are considered, please discuss.
There is a $25 per pet per night pet fee (to a maximum of $100/month)
Rockheights suite has a $150 cleaning fee.
